90 Day Return Policy
Texas Jeans stands behind the quality of everything we manufacture and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 90 days of purchase. In order to return your merchandise to us for a refund or exchange, please follow the instructions below.
If you are returning a Texas Jeans product for an exchange, Please fill out the Return form located HERE. Products being returned must be in original condition with all original tags attached. Fill out the Online Return Form completely, including the reason for exchange and what you wish to exchange your item for. Once you submit your Online Return form you will be given a Return Authorization Number. Please print the RA number given to you after completing the return form on the outside of your package. Repackage products in a secure shipping box along with the completed Returns Form.
Please Note: Texas Jeans is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you insure your package when you return it to us. You the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges involved for ANY exchanges. Texas Jeans does not pay for any shipping fees. Your Credit Card will be billed for any return shipping fees.
Refunds or Cancellations:
If wish to cancel you MUST call our customer service number at 336-629-3018 before noon the following business day. If your order has already shipped before you call in, you are responsible for any return shipping fees.
You the customer have 90 days to return your purchase in original condition (unwashed with all tags still on) for a refund of your purchase price. You the customer are still responsible for ALL shipping fees subject to your return of the product you are receiving your refund on. NO refunds will be accepted after 90 days from your purchase date.
Full One-Year Warranty
If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective due to normal wear, return it to us and a replacement will be made. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If you are returning a defective garment and need assistance, please call Customer Service at 1-336-629-3018 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST) When you call, you may be asked for the following information:
• order number
• daytime phone number
• email address
• reason for the return
Please note that we do not accept COD shipments, and you will be responsible for shipping charges, and such charges are non-refundable. Please do not return garments to the address from which they were shipped, unless you purchased your item DIRECTLY FROM texasjeans.com. If purchased from another store or website, please refer to that website’s return policy.
Once your returned garment arrives at our facility, please allow four to six weeks for us to process the return. Please contact Customer Service at 1-336-629-3018 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST) for assistance with returned garments.
