The Texas Jeans website provides a convenient and secure way for you to purchase Texas Jeans products. Check our site often, as product availability changes periodically. We offer products for sale through www.texasjeans.com to customers with Cred Cards using banks based in the United States only. Ordering Texas Jeans products from our online store is quick and easy. You can shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We offer standard shipping via the United States Postal Service and UPS Standard Ground Service. Your order can be delivered to any residence, P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses Monday-Saturday. Orders shipped to business addresses will be delivered Monday-Friday.
Texas Jeans is legally required to collect sales tax in those states where we are licensed to do business. Sales tax is calculated using the tax rate of the state where the product is being shipped.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it by mail for any reason within 90 days of purchase, according to the terms of our Return Policy.
All orders placed on texasjeans.com will be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out of our distribution center within 5-7 business days from the day the order is placed. We try to ship your order to you quickly, regardless of shipping method.
Standard Shipping orders within the continental United States are shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS) and will arrive within 5 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays) from the day they are shipped. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days to arrive from the day they are shipped. These orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
From the moment you order to the time it arrives at your door, we keep you updated on the progress of your purchase. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been placed, and another, including tracking information, when it has shipped. All you have to do is provide a valid email address during checkout.
Cancellations and Modifications
Currently, customers cannot cancel or modify orders through texasjeans.com. If you need to cancel or modify your order after it is placed, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-336-629-3018, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. You can return items that you have ordered within 90 days of purchase, per the terms of our Return Policy.
If an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, you will receive an email from Texas Jeans detailing the item cancellation with a new order total.

Governing Law and Arbitration
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of North Carolina, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that any disputes between us, which cannot first be resolved informally, shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in Greensboro, North Carolina, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation or an offer to sell. Texas Jeans reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item and/or refuse service to any customer for any reason not prohibited by law. Orders shall be deemed accepted upon your acceptance of the terms of the invoice issued with the product delivered to you.
By submitting any content to Texas Jeans, you represent and warrant that:

|Jeans to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Texas Jeans reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Texas jeans, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Texas Jeans, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.|

90 Day Return Policy
Texasjeans.com stands behind the quality of everything we manufacture and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 90 days of purchase. In order to return your merchandise to us for a refund, please follow the instructions below.
Repackage products in a secure shipping box along with the completed Returns Form. Products being returned must be in original condition with all original tags attached. Please Note: Texas Jeans is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you insure your package when you return it to us.
Full One-Year Warranty
If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective, return it to us and a replacement or refund will be made. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If you are returning a defective garment, please call Customer Service at 1-336-629-3018 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST), in order to receive a prepaid shipping Label for the return. When you call, you may be asked for your:

Please note that we do not accept COD shipments, and if the item is returned by any means other than the prepaid shipping label that we send you, you will be responsible for shipping charges, and such charges are non-refundable. Please do not return garments to the address from which they were shipped, unless that is the address printed on the prepaid shipping envelope you are sent.
Once your returned garment arrives at our facility, please allow four to six weeks for us to process the return. Please contact Customer Service at 1-336-629-3018 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST) for assistance with returned garments.
